BIO: Dr. Greenman received his BA in Art History from The Pennsylvania State University and his MEd and PhD in Art Education from The Pennsylvania State University. He has worked in galleries and museums and has taught art since 1987. His chosen medium is ceramics in which he seeks to create functional works that rich from the processes of making and firing. Seeking to enrich his vision he travelled to Japan in 2009 and attended the International Workshop in The Ceramics Arts In Tokoname, Japan (IWCAT). Recently Dr. Greenman was awarded a Alabama State Council on The Arts Fellowship and The Alabama Art Education Association Higher Education Teacher of The Year.
